Ok, how do I work out my motor’s fuel consumption rate?
Fuel consumption rate is worked out using a formula.
1. Work out how much fuel you use on a trip.
2. Divide this by the time of your trip.
Rate = Fuel ÷ Time
Rate (litres per hour) = Fuel (litres) ÷ Time (hours)
